Responsible for implementation and development of system improvements, quality management, staff selection, and information technology infrastructure.<br />Duties and Responsibilities&#8226;Human and Resource Management <br />oAnalyzes MTC Communication center staffing needs and plans, ensuring staffing levels are appropriate to meet demand, minimizing overtime when possible. <br />oResponsible for recruiting potential employees, hiring, and corrective action if necessary in a Just Culture environment. <br />oCollaborates with the Professional Development team to ensure the onboarding process is relevant, and effective. <br />oProvide leadership to the MTC Communication center staff with a focus on employee development, support and ongoing education. <br />oAbility to understand and maneuver the dynamics of change management and is sensitive to an industry and an organization that is undergoing significant dynamic changes. <br />&#8226;Customer Service <br />oRepresents the MTC Communication center to both internal and external customers. <br />oFocus on meeting customer needs and ensuring processes align with those needs. <br />oProvides timely feedback on questions and potential system issues. <br />oServes as a resource for our program partners.</div>
