Spirit interview info?

I am hoping to interview with Spirit at AeroCrew this month and was wondering if anyone has any info on how they have been conducting interviews recently ( in the last year or so ). I'm not sure if the interview will be any different than the standard interview but figured I would ask. Thanks for any info that you can share

They're extremely laid back, but don't forget they are feeling you out for an interview.

AeroCrew has said they are conducting limited full interviews at the job fair. This will personally be my second fair and I have some good LOR's but I'm not sure how much that helps.
 
I wish I could help more, however I only know of one interview experience, which is different. I'm not sure there is a golden ticket.

I am living proof they hire turds, but yes, the bigger turd is here.

Thanks for the info, in your standard interview did you receive a written or tech exam?
