I mean, I think every BOD and C suite has been doing the same thing. These guys just f***ed it away too. And by that, I mean that they did nothing at all like every other BOD and C suite, but the business model that they were cruising on autopilot on was flawed. Start with clawing back the multiple bonuses paid out to management over the last two years.

Yeah I see this as a way for spirit to impose frontiers or Allegiant’s contract on the Spirit pilot group.

At least that was my first thought when I saw the email.
