Spirit Contract Now

Well now....

Break break...

Here's a kicker for me, and my fortune telling.

On the 8th we'll have (or supposed to) an Agreement in Principle, and the strike vote results. (Will be a resounding yes, I have no doubt)
Both will have an effect on the stock price. Strike vote goes down, AIP it should bounce up.

To buy or not to buy...

I'm playing the long game, as I'm sure the price will go up after the pilot unrest, is put to rest...

I could not agree more. Play the long game and don't play with your rent money. Why are you guys selling at a loss?

I think that most airline stock has been inflated over the past 6 months ever since Berkshire Hathaway finally started to buy airline stock and they all went soaring in reaction. Inexplicable losses may just be a return to something of a more reasonable stock price.

Im am considering buying after September 8th either way. If the stock tanks then it might be at a good discount. If there is no strike vote, maybe investor confidence will return and it will start to climb. Either way the company isn't going anywhere any time soon.

Your profits are in there just don't play with the rent money.

Yeah, I'm holding out to see what happens next week. But either way I'm buying back in soon. Almost assuredly, it will go back up...and considerably once it finally turns the corner.

I'm fixin to lose a little, or make a lot.

Back on topic, I emailed a rep. Looks like I can't vote while hanging out over here.
I'm pretty sure we can still be 100% of eligible voters.

Yeah dude I agree. I don't consider myself a master of the stock market by any stretch of the imagination but I can't see SAVE stock not making it back to at least the mid 50's.

The guys at NK that stay up with the financials here are all saying that the BOD is about to make a hefty stock buyback.

Tough revenue guidance revision today. Continued commentary the "competitive pricing" environment.

I can only imagine how disappointed every F9 and NK pilot would be if they merged.

For me personally, if both got a good contract before a merger I would be fine with it. If a merger was announced before a contract I think people would literally poop their pants with anger.
