Went up last night with my instructor and did some spin training!! What a blast! The first one or two spins seem really out of control then once you get used to them and know how to recover they are super fun!!

If you haven’t done them but have been thinking about it I would recommend going up to learn them. It sure has given me more knowledge on how the plane will react if you don’t listen to all the stall warning signs. Good stuff to know and experience!!

It was a Diamond Eclipse. I know there are better planes out there that really will show you what spins are but for the first round it was a blast!
 
The Katana is an interesting plane to spin. Used to have 2 of them here. One would spin pretty good. The other was almost 172 like it how it developed into a steep spiral after a couple of spins at the most.

Make sure you simulate an entry from how you are likely to get into a spin. That turn onto final, where you overshoot, and try and 'correct' it with rudder, while being low, so you pull back, and get the stall-spin.

All you guys that compain about flying should just quit! I know alot of people that would rather be bored with your job!!!
