Didnt see a dedicated forum to Spartan so I came here to ask. Any news on this school? Spartan has been around a long time. I dont have any prices yet, but Oklahoma is cheap to live in. Thanks

LOL No the ankle bone is snapped. He is a olympic style weightlifter, and I look at it on a regular basis, and hope it doesnt happen to me.. BUT I had no idea that was the avatar I selected, I meant to select the one of my dog, located right next to it.NOW how about Spartan?

I just moved to Tulsa to finish up my ratings. Spartan is not a bad school, but it is expensive. If you have the extra money to dish out, and you want to go to an academy, then Spartan may not be a bad choice for you. My advice, would be to check out Christiansen Aviation, which is also located at Riverside in Tulsa. Their prices are roughly half of what Spartan's are. They do have older planes (with a couple of new 172SP's), but they are well maintained, and fly well. Christiansen has the lowest rental rates in the country, and all of their instructors are free lance, giving you a plethura to choose from (meaning they have instructors from 300 hrs TT up to 10,000 hrs TT, and everything inbetween).
