Regardless of race have you ever worked as a professional pilot in a crew environment? I never have and despite decades of working on and around airplanes requiring more than one pilot I've never worked on anything 121, so when the conversations arise about CRM and ALPA and HIMS and airline interviews I don't post because I have no actual experience or perspective. Your aviation adjacent experience is going to need more explanation, you were teaching astronauts for NASA. Were you teaching the pilots how to manually land the space shuttle from orbit to Cape Canaveral or were you teaching them how to unjam the toilet? You talk a lot and never say a damn thing. Attempting to stay anonymous diminishes any credibility, you have to earn trust and respect, you can't insist it'll be given (unless you're a • lunatic).
