Southwest Flight from AEX-COS. What kind of charter

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me what kind of charter this flight is? I think it is a military charter but would like to know the correct answer.

Could be Army people going from Ft Polk to Ft Carson.

There is a US Marshal's station in AEX. I used to do a lot of of CONAIR charters through there when I was with Pace Airlines. We would not pick up prisoners there but, we would get a load of Marshals and go from there.
