Southwest employee policy? probably any airline

It's not an airline, and I don't know if they're still doing this or not, but around the 2000-2001 time frame, the Marine Corps came out with a strict tattoo policy for Marine Corps officer candidates.

Ever meet a Marine without a tattoo? I don't think such an animal exists.

Well implementation of that policy involved bringing in every Marine Option midshipman, and PLC candidate, stripping them down their skivvies and getting photos of every piece of ink, even though when properly clothed you couldn't tell they had a tattoo, and sending the pics up to HQMC for adjudication / further action.

I (and everyone else) thought the whole idea was absurd, "if you can't see it, why would you care?" was what I was thinking, but someone up in HQ had other ideas.
