SouthernJets is sheisty.

"Packs on, probes on, transponder on, clear right, hey wait, what's going on?"

(Can I have my CL-65 type now?)

If you want to fly the one with the better ECS system you need to throw "bleed valves auto" in front of "packs on." There! Now you can haz CL-65 type rating AND differences finished.

Instant transition, just add type ride.

Hey it's was just an hour sitting on the plane instead of an hour sitting in the airport. I just spent 8 days talking to thousands of people and I wanted to get home. I'm sure they had a valid reason, I'm just some slightly-aware pilot type that makes more than regional guys by flying a desk. What do I know? ;)

Also, I'm guessing it was Republic? I don't pay attention to 121 so much anymore.

If it was a 717, then I hope it wasnt Republic!

Slightly-aware pilot? Worst type of passenger. Ever.

So I think the crew of the next plane read this thread because the landing at home was a bit crooked and they pumped the brakes twice. :)

If you can use the airplane again, preferably without maintenance help, it was a good landing.

I did too... that the designer really thought that pax wanted to look down at the terrain. But I don't buy that one.

That's wayyy too deliberate. The windows are low on CRJs because they didn't move 'em when they took a Challenger 600 and raised the floor to turn it into a CRJ-100.

Note that my CRJ-haterade is reserved specifically for the -100 and -200.

The -700 and -900 (and especially the -700NG) are Right Proper Airliners. The -900 even has a lavatory at both ends.
