Hey I remember my doctor had perscribed something which worked amazingly, but the formula was so strong you would have to wear gloves overnight

Never generalized, theres always someone into something! The wrinkled NW flight attendants might like that cracked hands since it goes well with their appearance :nana2:
 
Not to rip on the states, but why is it that the airlines have old flight attendants here, crapy service, and old planes. I love flying back home, or any foreign carrier, from asian to european, they all have young attractive flight attendants as well as newer aircraft. Oh and splendid service.
 
Because here you have to hire anyone who is 300 lbs and 5' 2" as long as they're qualified for the job due to employment discrimination laws...when in reality appearance is so important for Flight Attendant jobs.

That's the real answer. I hate seeing people bitch when I fly Southwest. All it is is a bus with wings - why bitch if you paid $39 each way? That's much cheaper than driving!

that said, personally, i really miss flying southwest. rock bottom prices. i know exactly what to expect, and i get what i expect. a lot of people have completely unrealistic expectations of what you are getting for a 80$ roundtrip ticket. i expect, a seat, and a plane that probably flies. thats about it. and they usually deliver, so i am happy!

Agreed, but I'm not happy for flying NW roundtrip for $1600 to go home, and getting crap, then the same price KLM for awesome service. Or wait .. $300 for GFK to MSP. WTF, I get round trip for a longer flight for $120 back home for splendid service.
