AP inop, Elec Trim inop.. I'm surprised that thing is still airworthy!!! Handflying?!?!?!?! Your Dangerous!!!:D
 
Never had the opportunity to fly an aircraft that was nice enough to have Electrim trim, or an autopilot.
I feel spoiled by my old Bendix IFR GPS in one of the planes I fly.
 
, he has new radios, gps, a nice digital xponder... hell the avionics probably cost more than the airplane. I just wish I had 2 radios that always worked, and ifr gps, or dme.

If it was an old 172, yeah, I'd say the avionics are more expensive than the plane. Seeing as its either an R or S model, I'd have to say (sadly) that the airframe was the expensive part
 
The CFI in me is asking why you didn't use your checklist and put your fuel selector on both during your descent? Yep FAA here I call....:sarcasm:
