Next come the calls to close the airport or severely restrict night time flying.
 
I interviewed there years ago. Couldn't take the job because the ex wife didn't want to move there. I hope they make it through this. They seemed like a good group of people.
 
Damn, I think I played around in the cockpit of that plane when one of my good friends who's a member here flew them out of JVY and have photos of it for sure. Damn shame, I feel for the guys over there. Gotta be rough.
 
That plane is in my logbook. The man who picked the tail number was their DO who died several years back in a training accident. RIP to all! We all know this is a dangerous profession. CASW was/is a great place to get some quality single-pilot experience and make you a better pilot but you better be on your game in the middle of the night in the horrible weather in a plane built 30 yr before you were born!!
