Small plane crashes in northern slc

A small plane crashed just east of Interstate 215 near 2100 North in Salt Lake City. The plane went down just after 1 p.m.


Hopefully everyone’s ok :(

Now they just changed the story to 'Plane Makes Emergency Landing In Field Near Airport'.

and here's the updated story,

Passengers aboard a small plane encountered a terrifying ride when they had to make an emergency landing in a field near the airport.

Airport authorities are calling the incident a soft field landing, as the plane touched down in a field near 2200 North and I-215.

It is not known at this time if there are any injuries, but authorities believe everyone on board made it out of the plane. No flames have been reported.

2News has unconfirmed reports that possibly a dozen people were on the flight and that one of the engines may have failed.

That's funny how it ended up being only two people. Where did the media get a dozen?!?!?:confused:
