I am not sure, but I was in Ogden when they called their tower to say they were having trouble with the gear. Didn't think much about it then landed at intl, went home. Cooked a hot dog turned on the news and there it was. I am kind of glad I didn't get caught up in it.

Well I just got off the phone and it was the plane I thought it was. It was a checkride with a fed. That could've been me if I had more multi time

Everyone was fine. I heard a guy on the radio up at OGD. The controller asked what there intetions were adn he replied about just going through some checks again but would more than likley be talk to him some more. Maybe she had a cold or something.

everyone was fine both walked away another "breaking news story" blown out of the water by local media

Just heard an interview with her on one of the local stations, she apparently was to be one of the firebomber spotter/controllers, I presume the flight check was for that. The video showed the nose gear down, main gear partially extended; the nose gear collapsed on touchdown.

just talked to the owner of the plane a couple of hours ago. It was a 135 checkride VFR single pilot with an OAS ride later that day or the next morning. He is pretty bummed. It is used for air attack/fire recon. mx failure of the both gear systems to bad.... she did a great job of getting it down
