Skywest will do what?

I just heard from my friend that was applying at Skywest and his recruiter said, "We are getting a flow to Delta." Seems a little far-fetched but anyone know if there is any truth behind it or if there is any timeline to this flow?

It is true. I was the one brokering the deal. There will be a flow with Delta from Skywest. The way it works is, get hired at Skywest. Get some 121 time. Fill out airline apps. Wait for an email to interview. Go to said interview. See if they like you. Welcome to Delta!

Flo!

Lol... half the active pilots at SKW don't even get Delta flight benefits, they're not going to give them a flow.
Let's start that rumor! Those that have Delta benefits will get flow to Delta. UA benefits flow to UA. AA benefits flow to AA. AS benefits flow to AS. And company wide flow to Southwest.

See how long it takes until you hear it on the line now.

Hah oh man, the crapstorm that would start....

Of people complaining for a while then not caring after a couple months.

Can you describe the recruiter because that is a load of claptrap. I know people that would be more than happy to address their team about using that.

Flows are not only dead, the concept has been cremated and sprinkled offshore in an undisclosed location.

There is no truth to what your friend claims he heard from a recruiter.
