SkyWest Training

I haven't looked at the PHX schedules in a while, but I would assume that they suffer from the Brasilia Problem, in that: (1) they go not a lot of places, (2) they are predominately short legs and (3) first flight out/last flight in to a lot of places, because feeder.
I thought PHX was specific for USAir, and it's seen some reduction.

For the cheap cliff notes; Why would anyone with the CL-65 type put in an app? Just curious.

Let's say you're at Mesa. $22/hr first year pay, $29 the second.
Yeah you give up seniority, but skywest first year pay is $30 plus the $7500 bonus for being typed.

This is what the recruitment team sent out yesterday. Don't know how well this holds true.

They haven't let anyone into LAX since the AE announcement. The upgrades and translations have not been replaced. Something like 115 FO's and 150 CA's, getting more lopsided every month.

If only there was another regional that had a significant and growing presence at LAX....hmmmm......
not skywest elite though......and i quote from the other site "you could go to a regional like envoy, compass, or expressjet.....or you could go to skywest"
