Study these. In fact print them off and keep them in a file for recurrent training at home. They are the best and most comprehensive thing out there on Jepps.

You might have to do some Google work on your own. That link was posted almost a year and a half ago, and the guy that posted it hasn't been on this site since back in April. Just don't want you holding your breath.
