Can't recommend highly enough. Training is second to none. While the work environment has eroded lately, it's still a good place to work. St George is rather odd, but the plan should be to get in, get experience, and get out.

I hope that is where I start out. I already live in Utah and the entire state is a little odd so it wouldn't be too much of a culture shock.

SGU isn't terrible, the town definitely grows on you a bit. And if it doesn't, well Mr. Lee's discount beer and liquor is only 45 minutes away in Mesquite, for when you need real beer.
 
Probably the best regional to go to imo as they are by far the largest and will probably be the most resistant to the destruction of the regional airline system as we know it.

It's certainly not lower, and I guarantee you its higher than just about every other regional. If y'all are caught up in the money, then you're gonna be sorely disappointed at just about every regional pay scale. You got to start somewhere. It's in the 15.00 and some change range.
