SKW finally helps hold the line (pay package results)

When JetBlue got ALPA on property, I don't recall there being an ALPA drive. The pilot group just couldn't take it anymore.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

If the pilots at SKW wants to unionize, at this point, I'm not sure a drive would be necessary either.

Times have changed from when Jerry was in charge of that outfit.
 
There were two ALPA drives at JetBlue. The first one failed, then the pilots got much better support and asked ALPA to come back for another one. ALPA demands a much bigger show of support up front to come back and do another drive a second time (or third, in Skywest's case).

It is not the same company I started working for a few short years ago either. (I decline to comment on whether or not it's better or worse. There's some retrenching happening, though.)
 
We are kicking ass on the 175. Compared to where we were with it a few short months ago, I'm very happy with the progress.

And we are, by and large, completing the schedule.
What's the progress on CAT 2 certification? That, to me, was a huge hurdle because of issues with the FSDO. Thankfully winter is over, but it'll be back!

I'm glad I got to fly that plane.

We can do CAT II now as long as both pilots have had a proficiency check dated after mid-March.
