Signing off my first private student!

Tomorrow is the big day for me and my student. My first checkride as a flight instructor! I got a few solo's under my belt, but I am more nervous about this I think. Well wish him and I luck! He's taking the checkride at KHLG in Wheeling WV.

Very cool man, its a great feeling when you see their face after the checkride.
 
I hope things go well! I remember my first sign-off, I was so nervous that I had everything signed in the correct place for the student--I think he was more relaxed than I was!
 
We have a private pilot! Congrats to Lionel! :nana2: Hour and a half oral, 1.2 on the flight. Sure feels good. The examiner told me that my student was very prepared and he was impressed. SWEET. You guys have some high speed aviators at your location. Kudos to you! The one guy who went from solo to private in less than a month? WOW! Must've really been a determined, persevering student. Most importantly, it bodes well to quality instruction from the instructors

That's really awesome. Because of my situation I had two checkride signoffs before any solos; one within two weeks of getting my CFI, and I didn't have any solos for almost 4 months and about 140 hours of dual given.
