I love O'Leary. The guy is wildly entertaining on Shark Tank and Dragon's Den (the Canadian version). And he has some great advice in his book for entrepreneurs. But make no mistake, the guy is pure evil. He would rape his mother if it would increase his net worth by 1%. He's quite open about the fact that he would basically do anything for money. So while he's entertaining, I wouldn't pay much attention to him on a serious level.
