Anyone know the service ceiling and absolute ceiling on both engines for the duchess? I cant find it in the manual. thanks

OMG....are you for real?
It is nothing but "bargain basement" equipment at the Aviator. The prices are low and no frills are provided. You get what you pay for....not much.

SO, in case you were for real, the answer to your question is NO. Breath at your own risk above 10,000.
 
My POH has a chart in Section 5 (5-34) that is titled Service Ceiling - One Engine Inoperative. Obviously the service ceiling depends on weight and temperature.

It looks like the Time, Fuel, and Distance to Climb chart tops out around 16,500 feet.

My personal experience is that optimum performance seems to be in an 8000 - 11000 altitude range. I've been up to 13,500 to get across terrain, but you are down to around 15" mp, although the climb rate was still pretty good.
