Sergei Sikorsky passed away

I'm no helicopter guy but the algorithm delivered this into my feed this morning.

I enjoyed the part about his dad C-clamping a board into a prototype helicopter so he could ride along and not telling the FAA about it.

Cool story. I'm not a helo guy, either, having lost two friends in an R44. The video of Igor with that hat on flying his contraption in the black and white film days always made me laugh.
