So, exactly what is the amount of posts you need to be a "senior member" or time limit on the amount of time you have to be a member to get the senior status? I wanna say from what i've seen its like 200??? Anyone got the help on this one?

Anybody????

Uhh, lemme see. Largely the title means diddly-squat as there are a lot of users that have frequented the forum for years but don't post very often.

*cough* MDPilot! :) *cough*

But let me look at the control panel...

Would it make you feel better if we gave you a set of little plastic pilot wings?

WHO GIVES A CRAP????

Aloft, actually quite a few people ask the same question.

It's a legit question.

It is, after all, tech support.

I think it is completely merit-based. That would explain why MJG and I became Old Skool relatively quickly!

Seriously, I always thought it had to do with post count, not length of service.

Post count only. See the attachment in Doug's post above.

Thanks Doug!! and Thanks ALOFT???!?!?! WTF? it was a simple question to see what determines the status of who you are... Old.. New... Senior.. etc etc.. simmer dog!

There should be an additional level that kicks in at 4,000 posts. Something like "Master of the Universe" or something. Along with that level of qualification, it would allow a member to permanently ban users that are less than "Old Skool" if at least three of these members agree to banning that person.
