How would you put serial numbers on DIY ones, of which there are miilions? You can build your own, and the mosy expensive part is 25 bucks.

They'll just attach a gun to it, then (for whatever reason) it'll be impervious to registration requirements.

It's a low wing plane so it is a Piper. If it was high wing it would be a Cessna.
