Need a chief pilot and aircraft management for new Beechcraft Bonanza that I bought from factory in May, 2013. Have 700 hours on plane now. Fly primarily east of Rocky Mountains, but some trips to west coast through El Paso and Arizona. Our business is public speaking and publishing in the education industry. Plane has flown average of 40+ hours per month with less flying in Dec-Febr, and heavier flying in March-November. Will pay starting W-2 guaranteed salary of $70,000 plus health insurance; Annual raise of $2,500/year. We fly about 160 days per year. Average trip is 2-4 days, but sometime we may be gone up to 2 weeks at a time. We keep a Flight Schedule where our travel is scheduled out in advance. Virtually, no immediate on-call duty required. You can plan your personal life around our Flight Schedule. You would interview with an experienced pilot who does not work for us. Plane is hangered at McCampbell Porter airport in Ingleside, Texas. Wow. Yeah on the surface that's a lot of cash for a bonanza. I'd be asking how financially secure this is. Would stink for someone to move and then have their business go south a year later. Are hotels paid? Per diem?

I emailed the guy, I got an an its immediate response. He's looking for someone local, but as far away as San Antonio or Houston was ok. My wife doesn't seem keen on moving to Texas, so I guess I'm out.

Did he mention what TT, HP, Complex times, etc they were looking for?

I was just based out of mccampbell for a couple of weeks for another job. Small airport but really cool FBO with really cool people. Actually just went back there to refuel yesterday. Didn't see anything about the job but sounds like a good one.
