Seeking a dispatcher position, willing to travel

Hi, I'm a current graduate of an FAA approved dispatcher school and am looking for employment in any location. The only problem is I won't receive my license until I turn 23 this November. I have not received any calls yet but figured I needed to expand my search. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
 
Most 121 that I know of won't look at you until you are 23 and have certificate in hand. Your best bet right now would be 135/91 ops. I would say try jsfirm.com, indeed.com or simplyhired.com and search flight dispatcher of flight follower
