Second Jobs?

In the summer I drive a combine. I am currently studying for my brokers license for Washington state. My grandmother-in-law owns a real estate company and paid for the class for me. She said to expect anywhere from 15-40k extra a year which would be nice.

Working on becoming a home inspector. I used to do remodels when I had 2 weeks off at a time, but it's not practical with my new schedule.

I teach online political science classes for the local CC. Used to comprise 21% of my total annual income, but now due to the Affordable Care Act, they're limiting adjunct teaching loads, and it'll cut my pay in half. Can't complain, though - my other job was created by Obamacare. Plus, even though it hurts me, schools have been using PT adjuncts to get around hiring FT faculty for years, so maybe it's a step in the right direction.

Trying to finagle away to move back to my hometown and do welding on the side. Not so lucrative in Texas, and I don't have welding equipment with me. ;)

You could pick up stand in work on movies where you are at. Or be in some movies....
That was a nice thing in Hawaii. There was always openings for all the shows and movies shot there. I really wanted to be on the Mad Men episode but I was busy flying on the mainland.

If I were there, I would only want to be an extra on the beach. Taking a nap, getting a tan and maybe surf. Easy Money.

When I still lived in Phoenix, I did IT for a managed service provider full time, and worked the ramp for US Airways PT...Helps when you have a flexible boss.

It's funny the longer I was there the less I wanted to go to the beach. I was so sick of dealing with all the people. We would usually only go to the beach on a weekday over in Lani Kai.

Work part time doing construction. I like the contrast between lounging in the Marriott and swinging the 28 once Estwing.

I actually just signed up to be a corner worker at the race track, however a possibly part time flying position came up, so I may do that instead...

Instructing is my second job right now, but once I can make it my fulltime job, I'd be open to waiting tables a couple nights per week.
