SDF Crash Pad?

I guess the mods didn't appreciate the "bump" lol.

Well Vision is in dire need for an established crash-pad in Louisville by Jan 1st. Starting one from scratch does not look economically viable at this point. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
 
No solid info to give, but as a native, I'd say look at anything south of the airport due to $$$ concerns. If you're looking at craigslist (and if you aren't, you should be), Okolona, Shively (aka, Lively Shively) would be good places to start. Generally speaking, the further east you go, the less, er, "lively" it is. If you want to get crazy and be more around the U of L crowd, Old Louisville isn't all that far north of SDF, and prices are probably not that high due to the fact that it's, er, "not the best neighborhood". But much more live music, bars, etc. Good luck.
