PRIMARY SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate charter quotes (in 15 minutes or less whenever possible).
  • Communicate any regulatory and/or aircraft performance issues to clients.
  • Maintain a culture of total customer service focused on anticipating our clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Proactively resolve client issues and disputes from beginning to end
  • Analyze aircraft fleet utilization to best serve our client needs and maximize overall safety and profitability.
  • Maintain and continually improve company databases (clients and vendors).
ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
  • Prepare Flight Release paperwork.
  • Schedule and record Crewmembers flight times.
  • Brief crewmembers with flight details and resolve issues prior to departure.
  • Work directly with the crewmembers and customers to ensure that all expectations are properly communicated and delivered.
  • Certify that the most current data has been added to the Flight Operating System (FOS)
  • Flight Follow all trips
  • Ensure all flights are released in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all, ground logistics are handled prior to departure.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance Control to ensure the aircraft status will permit the intended operation can be conducted safely and legally.
  • Perform other related duties as requested by the Scheduling Manager
** Please Note: will require some NIGHT & WEEKEND in office & “on-call” hours **
