schedulepointe = locked out?

Anyone have experience with schedulepointe? I'm locked out and don't know why. The flight school is closed so I can't call...

Your going tohave to wait. Your account needs to be reset by someone at the school. A few of my students have locked themselves out of schedulepointe before.
