Sallie Mae deferment info

thought i would throw this out there. I was wondering if we as academy students were eligible for some kind of special deferment being federal employees and going to school. I heard something on the news about it awhile ago but cannot find anything on here or on sallie mae about it. MMAC is not an accredited school according to sallie mae. unless i missed something.

I believe MMAC is accredited as you can get college credits for attending classes there. You might want to give student services a call and see if maybe they can answer your question or point you in the right direction.

Deferment on student loans or mortgage?

I don't know about student loans but I do know that some people in my husband's class had their mortgage deferred while in OKC. Don't know much about it other than they said it was the only way they were able to manage going to OKC.

Also, my husband did get college credit (I think 6 credit hours) from OKC. We didn't even have to pay a cent for them
