Salina, Kansas Area looking for Multi Engine time

I am a hard working Senior Flight Instructor at Kansas State University-Salina. I currently hold a B.S. in professional pilot and I am looking to start my Aviation career. Don't you instruct multi if you're a "senior" instructor at k state? I don't know what senior means by the way you're saying it. The odds of finding a job just building multi time right out of college are slim unless you already have a fair amount of multi time.
