Runway Declared Distance Information

I must have skipped this chapter back during flight training. Why does AFD list runway declared distance info for some airport but not others?

Some airports ave displaced thresholds, clearways, etc that will make the available take off distance and take off run available different than the runway length. I believe st Pete in fl is a good example.

Exactly, look at airports like SDL.

Scroll down to the runway info and you'll see due to a displaced threshold, there is slightly less LDA, but the same TODA.

No. It satisfies the criteria for a runway safety area, but cannot be categorized as a stopway.
