RJ FO comes close to having his face annihilated

I remember along time ago reading NTSB reports where there were some issues with the Ski-Do fuselage flexing. I think at that time the CRJ was shedding actual plies.

Is there something in the CRJ QRH that requires a diversion? I had a windshield do the exact same then when it delaminated in flight on the MD-90, but we continued on to SAN.

Bonehead made me land that way too! I guess when some guys say, "You break it, you fly it", they're serious! :)

Hmm, interesting. When it happened to me, it was a pain in the butt, but largely not that big of a deal in our specific situation.

I think even the Beech 1900 has six or seven various layers so even if one cracks, there's no structural threat for the most part except if the crazing is on the inner surface.

I wonder how the captain feels about the picture now? :)

"Cool dude! Check it out! WooOOoOOOoO!"

They also state that you should adjust the cabin altitude to your destination aerodrome.

I bet they asked the journalist to email them the pic in high-res. :)

I love inaccurate reporting. 80 plus people and only three crew members? Anyone else see anything wrong with that report? :)

ps blee and i thought the same thing at the same time...
