Anything new on where they stand? It's been awhile and I'm starting to wonder if the FAA is just hoping people will forget about them. I know they said possibly by late January. Just curious.

If anything happens this month, it'll probably just be a ruling with a comment period open. Still months away at the EARLIEST of them going into effect.

Yea, should have been more specific, I was referring to the NPRM, not the regs themselves.
 
After the last committee hearing, and the FAA's response to why they weren't going to meet the deadline - I'm not gonna hold my breath.:whatever:
