Endeavor defiantly has the highest pay including the bonus. But probably 6 months reserve and 3-4 years to upgrade.
Republic on the other hand zero reserve as of now and 1.5-2year upgrade.

That can all change in the blink of an eye. When I was new hire at 9E, upgrades were happening as soon as you met the requirements. A good friend of mine actually ended up on the alternate list for captain upgrade, but they never got the chance to upgrade. If we had stayed, we would both be in our 8th year and either still in the right seat or have recently upgraded.
 
I'm going to wager the next vacancies will go backwards. They released the seat lock for the 145 pilots and there is still a few high up on the list.
 
Ahh C5, in my old ramp days I used to deal with them all the time. To this day the nicest group of pilots I've ever had the privilege to work with. Except don't piss off Uncle Donny (I wonder if he's still there)...sorry I don't have anything of more value to contribute. And one of their flight attendants had a weird crush on me...unfortunately it was a guy.

I'm sorry dude, but if you were able to piss off Uncle Don, you must have done something colossally stupid... Either that, or you have him confused with someone else.

I did something stupid. I forgot to call for an aisle chair after getting the message passed to me from someone else...this was probably 4 years ago.
