Allows continuation of Laughlin, NV and Atlantic City, NJ Hybrid Bases.
“Grandfathered” Management Pilots MOU 07-01:
Limited number of current Management Pilots who are exempted from new requirement
to be Senior to most Junior Captain on Equipment to fly Captain on that Equipment.
Driving to Training LOA 10-01:
Reimburses a Pilot who chooses to drive to training for up to 150 miles, per Article 4:
Expenses, and compensated for Deadhead time, per Article 3- Compensation.
Electronic Flight Bags (“EFB”) LOA 22-01:
Ensures Pilot protections and Union Involvement with EFB Implementation.
FAR 117 LOA 23-01:
Modifies Article 23 to incorporate certain FAR 117 Flight and Duty Time limitations.
Implementation LOA 25-01:
Timetable for implementation of certain provisions of a ratified Agreement.
Union and Company will form a Joint Implementation Committee (“JIC”).
JIC will handle disputes regarding newly modified Articles for 6-months following
ratification. If cannot be remedied, disputes go directly to expedited Arbitration.
JIC involved in training of Company personnel that will administer CBA.
Former Midwest and Lynx Pilots will receive the Longevity of the Legacy RAH Pilot
immediately Senior to them.
