Someone is posting rates that are a good bit higher than this on the Eagle FB page. Who is right?
 
Yeah it's not official, besides AE's work rules esp for reserves and sked protections. 35-40 up topping out at 60 for FOs and 12 off for reserves. More vacation time, CAs don't sit right seat, new hires dont pay for theyre uniforms some other stuff.

That's why I vote no.
Is that $60 at DOS or DOS+4
 
There is absolutely no reason why for the type of equipment RAH flies the new pay rates should be lower, but better than what the guys and gals over Horizon make. I hope to the gods you guys at RAH put up a fight. I know this is a dramatic improvement to what you have had in the recent past, but you can get some much better if you all just stand up and fight.
 
I apologize I had a little too much caffeine this morning. My pay rates I originally posted were a bit off... it looks like @Firebird2XC has a different scale, all the other work rules posted "appear" to be accurate... I'll hold off on anymore speculation until the road show.

Who scale is right? He works at Eagle.
 
Good question. I got my data from an Eagle discussion group.

IDK the work rules and bullet points have come from a couple different places including a reliable union rep, and pictures of our COO's notes posted on a company forum. The hourly pay I posted was more hearsay than anything else and some rhetoric that the hourly rates would be "similiar" to our last LBFO, and "not better than SKYW," also from people in the room at the time.

That's why I'm not 100% sure on the hourly and deleted some of my prior posts. I haven't seen firebird's picture anywhere else but here. Looks like it will be officially released in a week or so.
 
The picture I have seen floating around of a payscale is from the unions proposal last year. Not holding my breath on that one.
