Ok dude I literally had no idea what blue lighting was.

But yes, human trafficking. The difference is if one suspected that an older male with a younger female came off as a potential human trafficking, it would be discreet and not throw the guy on the tarmac (media buzz word) surrounded by instagram influencers filming the whole thing.
