Republic Airways

Anyone here working for Republic Airways? I've read some information for outsiders but I am very curious about how life is going on the inside.

I'm a little late to this thread. I haven't logged on to JC in about a year. How did the interview go? At this very instant, I'm categorized as a CLE-based CHQ FO, but I go in for upgrade training on April 2 to be a CMH-based CHQ CA. We're desperate for people, so I'm thinking you got the certificate of your choice. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

Are you guys strict on your TT mins? I have 140 hrs in the EMB 145 but can't seem to get an interview with Republic.

The company recently posted a memo for all FO's to complete their ATP written if we haven't done so already. They're going to issue ATP's to all the FO's on the property. So, unfortunately they're pretty strict on total time because they want you to meet ATP mins when you get here. My understanding is that we can't a) get enough people to show up for an interview and b) get enough people to show up for class. If we would lower our total time to match other regionals, it would help. As much as we're hurting, I'm sure they'd waive the multi requirement, but TT is a must. I thought that by now they'd lift it. Are you close?

Ah that explains it. No, I'm not even close with about 750/300. I can understand why the're not calling me because by the time I interview, wait for a class and go through training I'd pretty much have to fly 750 hours in a year to make the 1500 hr rule deadline. Thanks for the info.

I have a whopping 26hrs of multi but I have ATP minimums. Any chance of an interview ya think?
