I may be wrong (and I often am), but I think most regionals have fazed them out - or are fazing them out.
CoEX MIGHT still have one with Continental.
From what I understand, they ended up being "flow back" programs after 9/11 where F/O's with Continental were flowing back to CoEx and bumping the CoEx guys out to furlough.

Depending on which pilot group you ask, the flow-through/back (the 'back' part!) was a HUGE diz-azz-ter
