Regional cadet programs

Right now a shade over two months. As far as other benefits the interview prep is likely going to help but I think the biggest one is going to be the company seniority. But other than that it's pretty bare bones.

Looks a little different than the other cadet programs... says you’re a part time employee. I wonder in what capacity.

As I understand it, you get paid like a hundred bucks a month so they can legally call you an employee, 401k etc... you do a 1 hr cbt every month (crj systems) and update a pilot mentor with your time each month. At 1500 welcome to class. No harm no foul if you decide not to work for awac once you have 1500. Plus United non-rev benefits.

Pretty much any program that gives you benefits of some sort and doesn't have you sign a contract is worth doing. Any regional that makes you sign a contract is not worth signing.
