4 out of 5 great lakes prefer Michigan.
Air Wisconsin has their own version as well...they pay you each month...so I guess that's something?

How long have you been in the program and what are your thoughts and observations so far? Other than the hire date which is obviously huge, what are some other benefits?

The guy on the bottom left’s sunglasses look like a Snapchat filter.Looks a little different than the other cadet programs... says you’re a part time employee. I wonder in what capacity.
And who could say no to this crowd?

As I understand it, you get paid like a hundred bucks a month so they can legally call you an employee, 401k etc... you do a 1 hr cbt every month (crj systems) and update a pilot mentor with your time each month. At 1500 welcome to class. No harm no foul if you decide not to work for awac once you have 1500. Plus United non-rev benefits.Looks a little different than the other cadet programs... says you’re a part time employee. I wonder in what capacity.

Pretty much any program that gives you benefits of some sort and doesn't have you sign a contract is worth doing. Any regional that makes you sign a contract is not worth signing. As I understand it, you get paid like a hundred bucks a month so they can legally call you an employee, 401k etc... you do a 1 hr cbt every month (crj systems) and update a pilot mentor with your time each month.
