Regarding Your Christmas Cards. . .

80/87 Octane. All the <120 knot aircraft ran it. When it dried it coagulated, kinda like blood. Little did we know it sealed small leaks in the fuel tanks/bladders. When 80/87 was no longer available, the shops were full of aircraft leaking fuel.

I can still remember avgas 91/98 Brown fuel, 100/130 green fuel, abd 115/145 purple fuel.

Not sure anyone under 30 knows:

Dad telling you to get out and open the Garage Door?
What does CRT stand for?
How to tell time on a Clock with Hands.
What is a ice cube tray?
Panty Hose?
How to manually turn on the headlights?
A 1st Place Award in school.
What is AM Radio?
How to wear Thongs on your Feet?

Help me out with more.

I think that's more under 22 than under 30.

The latest right wing boogeyman, like the overdramatization of the concept of “Ebonics”.

Axe me how I know.

so it’s not Cathode Ray Tubes, in line with the rest of the old school stuff listed in the OP? :)

It was so much easier to disappear when a pager was someones best option to to get a hold of you. Pay phones were still prevelant but if you didn't have a quarter they didn't seem to work very well...

I was in the desert on a dirt bike!
