Has anyone here ever work with or for Red Wing Aeroplane at RGK? I've seen a lot of postings for jobs there lately and curious if anyone know what a common work schedule or QOL would be.

Are you looking for a career or build time? If its time its worthwhile but with grief and heartache but you will have the perspective of every pilot before and and after you in that type of job. No job is perfect but this job will make you understand how much worse it could be.

That is pretty accurate... I'd say the last post of the thread is spot on in almost all respects. Some changes are coming down the pipeline... some for the better and some for the worse.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but just got called for a phone interview and was wondering if things may have changed with this place or not. I'm looking to get into the charter ops, and know I have to pay dues at some point, but also don't want to get into a bad situation.

The link I posted above last year is still accurate in most respects. Average pilot leaves at or before the end of the promissory note required for employment.

I don't remember but from reading the APC thread, it's illegal charter.

It is. The topic at hand is travel not local in nature, part 91 flying after exhausting a 135 duty day.
