Reconstructive surgery

I possibly going to have surgery on my nose to help with my breathing, since the doc says I'm only getting about 20% of the air that I'm supposed to. My question is, would there be any reason for this, or other facial reconstructive surgeries, to make me lose my medical? Might be a stupid question, but I cant really find anything specific about it metioned.

No problem. You cvan go back to flying when the surgeon releases you to do so. Just be sure he knows you have pressure changes with your job. Report it on the next medical.
