Recommendations to build 10hrs multi in SoCal?

Good afternoon,

I'm looking to build around 10 hours of multi-engine to get to the magic 25. Any recommendations on places on SoCal to do it cheaply and efficiently? I'm also open to splitting it with someone if you would like. Currently located in LA but can travel within reason. My times are 410 TT / 14 ME most of which in a Duchess except a couple of hours of Seneca II.
