CA or FO? MEM, DTW, MSP, and ATL are the -900 bases right now.

Even then the quotas make it a little tough to tell. For example, if I could hold MEM -200 CA, I'd be on reserve. However, with the SLI, I'd have 30+ guys behind me as a MEM -900 CA.

Looks like they can't even figure out how to do the mock bid runs on the 9E side. I'm getting pretty fed up. Nov is obviously a month that everyone is trying to get very specific dates off.

They haven't posted the results yet even though it was supposed to be done yesterday afternoon. Maybe I've just lost all patience with the realignment thing. Starts to make you go a little crazy when you might lose your base and you live in base on reserve.

Keep in mind the mock is out of the goodness of the PBS team's hearts. It's not even contractually required.

Did not know that.
I'm a little embarrassed I came off sounding like a jerk. I don't know hardly anything about PBS because the training department never allowed time for anybody from the PBS team to come talk to us during initial training. I do believe that is contractually required.
Everything I've managed to learn is through the 'bro network' and e-mailed questions.

(blah blah blah).Based on where we are in the process, we believe that it will be early next week before we are able to provide you with the results of the award. I sincerely wish Icould provide a definitive date to you but it is clear that each day of processingcomes with new twists and turns.

Well, If its true that they are just working on the secondaries...it leads me to believe to the "current seat" changes are correct. Everyone I've spoken to personally have seen a realistic change on the 9L side of the house.....but you never know....

My problem with that is why would PBS results change for things like upgrade or transitioning equipment? You're not even legal to bid for it until you are qualified in the new position. For example, when I went from MEM FO to MEM CA, I couldn't bid until I was done with OE. In fact, PBS screwed up so badly, it awarded me an FO line instead of a CA line because it wasn't switched over. When I was displaced from MEM to JFK, it didn't say "JFK CA" for the two months I was still in MEM after the award came out, either.
