Cheap and twin are an oxymoron. Hell, that goes for cheap and single as well. But, I wouldn't trade my ownership for anything, it's been a wild ride, but very rewarding.

Speaking of PA22's. Here's a 108(Colt) for quite the bargin.

Then there's the pa20-150 in Missouri on Barnstormers for 14.5k, but who knows both of these could be basket cases, there's little info.

Saw a colt with a tailwheel conversion last week. NICE aircraft!
